I like ken, the host, he is a very nice guy. Handsome and cute.

The ventilation in corridor is not good. Maybe ken know about this, he can improve.

This hotel will soon be right next to a station on the new skytrain extension, the owners are friendly. There is free wifi

The rooms were dirty, particularly the bathroom floor and I was given only one towel for three nights. There is no refrigerator or hot water kettle in the room.

Ok so room is small, but new. And if yout reading this you know the price, so you'll get what you paid for. I can't fault this place, good location, they get a restuarant next do to do breakfast so it's local food, but it's good. I'll stay there again and that's the best recomendation.

Very helpful manager. Will be excellent value for money once the BTS station across the hotel opens and the hotel opens its small supermarket and restaurant.

The staff is not used to their jobs yet. I didn't have a top sheet only a blanket. They didn't make up the room or empty the garbage bin. Probably just some teething problems since the hotel is newly opened.

The owner was very reliable nice and he offered himself to take at the airport and bring u back ( I took the second offer) and for a very good price. Also the whole package (room, confort and "taxi service") was great price too. The air con was s precious in that hot temperature.

The other staff doesnt queit speak english but it's not a big issue neither is that they dont provide you the shampoo/shower gel for the room. There is a shop no so far and in fairness I didnt think this was a issue either. The only negative thing was that the 1st night there was a gecko(no kidding) in the room...was not fun...other than this all great...

The owner Ken is aMaZiNg!! He took me to the store, the street vendors, and gave me tons of info on Bangkok, getting around and how to do it. The location is super convenient. And it is the most affordable place I could find on the BTS light rail.

    I loved everything.

Next to the new subway station. Extremely convenient. The owner is a great guy and extremely helpful. Has a small convenience store on site.

No fridge. Only one socket. Rooms could have been bigger and nicer decorated. But overall still good value for money.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. He gave great advice on places of interest and how to navigate throughout the city without getting ripped off. He's impressively multi-lingual (English, French, Thai, Mandarin), and was open with sharing his insider information on Thailand. He also looks after his guests pretty well, ex. Offering a shuttle service where he personally picks you up or drops you off at the airport.

There are quite a few things this hotel can improve upon. Granted it's only been open for a year, I think if the owner addressed these issues the hotel could fulfill a lot more of its potential. First, the room towels need to be changed. They are small, thin, and seem to be quite worn. There is also no small fridge or drinking water in the room. You have to buy water from the cooler downstairs. Third, there is only one power outlet in the room and the tv is plugged into it. This means you can either only watch tv or plug in a device, not both. Lastly, there is only one faucet knob in the bathroom (both for the sink and shower). This means only 1 water temperature (granted the shower water temperature is warm enough to comfortably shower). Some of these issues may seem picky, but i'm comparing with another place I stayed at for about the same rate. There a few other odds and ends here and there, that if considered and addressed, would make the stay much richer. There is a lot of potential with this hotel, and I hope the owner can utilize it in the near future.

The owner ken is a very nice person.he really gave us a lot of helpful advice and information! Would love to stay there again.

We found ant on our bed and it was quite far from the closest bts onnut station, but I heard the new bts station will open very soon which is just near by the hotel.

Best staff ever. The owner, Ken, will help you with anything or simply have a chat at the breakfast. WiFi is good; much better than in other, higher ranked, hotels. After Aug 12 2011 a bts (skytrain) station will be open right next to the hotel, thus, the location is just perfect. A shopping mall in 15min walking / 5min bus distance.

The hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price. And all the imperfections are heavily outweighed by the warm hospitality and helpfulness.
